Renew - Bergamot helps to calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety, Lavender balances & and relieves tension and mental fatigue. Lime refreshes and uplifts, creates feelings of joy
Restore - Frankincense to help ground you, Sweet Orange to uplift your mood and Bergamot to help you unwind and de-stress.
The fragrance is a lovely combination, ideal for the mid-day slump as a pick me up but can be used any time of the day.
Soothe - This soothing scent made up of Geranium, Orange, and Cedarwood. These essential oils help to calm the nervous system and have an uplifting effect on the mood.
This blend has a citrus/woody scent so perfect for anyone who doesn't love floral perfume scents. This blend can help to overcome feelings of panic or anxiety. It is uplifting, so it can have a positive effect on low mood too.
Compose - A blend of Lavender, Clary Sage, and Ylang ylang essential oils. Lavender, my all-time favourite oil helps to calm the nervous system, Clary Sage helps to balance hormones and ylang ylang calms stress and anxiety.
Cool - This blend is great for hot flushes or when you're feeling the heat, but it is also great for muscle tension, muscle pain, headaches/migraine & fatigue
Peppermint and Lavender are both analgesic oils, making them good for treating pain.
Geranium is soothing and balancing so can help with the frustration of pain.
What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is a holistic healing practice that uses natural plant extracts, especially essential oils, to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It works through inhalation (such as diffusing oils or using sprays) and topical application (like massage oils, balms, or bath products).
Each essential oil has unique properties—lavender is calming, peppermint is invigorating, and tea tree is antibacterial, for example. Aromatherapy is often used for relaxation, stress relief, better sleep, pain management, and mood enhancement.
